Information about visa delivery methods

If you opt for the pickup delivery method, kindly follow these steps:
1. Order your visas online or visit Rustravel Oy Ltd's office in person.
2. Print, fill out, and sign all necessary applications and accompanying documents.
3. Visit Rustravel Oy Ltd's office, conveniently located in the heart of Helsinki, Finland, and bring your passport(s), photographs, visa application(s), and any other required documents.

During your visit to our office, we will inform you of the visa(s) issuance date(s).
As an additional service, our office provides the necessary photographs for visas and offers travel insurance options. If you prefer to collect your visa(s) and passport(s) from our alternative office, kindly inform our staff when submitting your documents.

The majority of R-kiosks and K-Markets serve as the delivery and collection points for Matkahuolto.

If you choose Matkahuolto as your delivery method, follow these steps:
1. Order your visas online or visit Rustravel Oy Ltd's office in person.
2. Print, fill out, and sign all necessary applications and accompanying documents.
3. a) Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications, and any other required documents to the Rustravel Oy Ltd office in the center of Helsinki.
b) Pack your passport(s), photos, visa applications, and any other necessary documents carefully in a sturdy cardboard document envelope. Take the shipment to your chosen Matkahuolto point.

You will receive an arrival notification via text message and can pick up the document package from your selected pickup point. When picking up, please bring a photo ID.

Estimated delivery times:
- Matkahuolto (2-3 business days)
- Matkahuolto Express (less than 24 hours)

The nearest suitable Matkahuolto pickup points are provided based on the postal code of the responsible person for the reservation. The arrival notification will be sent to the responsible person's phone.

If you need document delivery to different addresses, please make separate reservations for each address.

The price includes the delivery of documents from Rustravel Oy Ltd to the customer within Europe. Each shipment can contain a maximum of 3 visa applications and passports. If you have chosen this delivery method, please follow these steps:

1. Order your visa(s) and make the payment online or at Rustravel Oy Ltd's office.
2. Print, complete, and sign all necessary applications and accompanying documents.
3. Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications, and any other required documents to Rustravel Oy Ltd's office in Helsinki.

Once your visa(s) are processed, our courier will deliver your passport(s) along with the visa(s) to the agreed-upon address in Helsinki. Delivery time is typically within one business day.

If you require documents to be delivered to different addresses, please make separate reservations for each address.

As an additional service, our offices also provide the photographs needed for visas photographs needed for visas.

The price includes courier delivery of documents from Rustravel Oy to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL). If you have chosen this delivery method, please follow these steps:

1. Order your visa(s) and make the payment online or at Rustravel Oy Ltd's office.
2. Print, complete, and sign all necessary applications and accompanying documents.
3. Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications, and any other required documents to Rustravel Oy Ltd's office in Helsinki .

Once your visa(s) are processed, a courier will deliver your passport(s) along with the visa(s) to the Express Baggage Group point located in the arrivals hall of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (1st floor). Delivery time is typically within one business day.

As an additional service, our offices also provide the photographs needed for visas photographs needed for visas.

The price includes the delivery of documents from Rustravel Oy Ltd to the customer within Europe. Each shipment can contain a maximum of 3 visa applications and passports. If you have chosen this delivery method, please follow these steps:

1. Order your visa(s) and make the payment online.
2. Print, complete, and sign all necessary applications and accompanying documents.
3. Carefully package your passport(s), photos, visa applications, and any other required documents according to your chosen method of sending documents.
4. Send the package to Rustravel Oy Ltd's office in Helsinki at the following address:

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- DHL Express within Europe 2-3 days
- Postal letter within Europe 5-7 days

Please note that the time required for any potential customs processing is not included in the delivery time estimate. If you need documents delivered to different addresses, please make separate reservations for each address.
