Information about visa delivery methods

If you want to collect your visa from our office, proceed as follows:
1. Order visas and pay for your reservation online or at Rustravel Oy's office.
2. Print, fill in and sign all necessary applications and other documents.
3. Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents to Rustravel Oy's office in the center of Helsinki.

The date of completion of the visas will be announced when you visit the office.

At our on-site office, we also offer the opportunity to obtain the necessary visa photos and travel insurance as additional services.

The majority of R-kiosks and K-Markets serve as Matkahuolto delivery and collection points .

If you want Matkahuolto shipping as the delivery method, proceed as follows:
1. Order visas and pay for your reservation online or at Rustravel Oy's office.
2. Print, fill in and sign all necessary applications and other documents.
3. a) Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents to Rustravel Oy's office in the center of Helsinki.
b) Pack the passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents carefully in a durable cardboard document envelope. Take the shipment to the Matkahuolto point of your choice.

You will receive an arrival notification as a text message and you can pick up the document package at the pick-up point of your choice. When picking up, take a photo ID with you.

Delivery time estimates:
- Matkahuolto 2-3 working days
- Matkahuolto Express (less than 24 hours)

The closest suitable Matkahuolto package points are offered based on the postal code of the person responsible for the reservation. The arrival notification is sent to the phone of the person responsible for the reservation.

If you need documents transported to different addresses, make separate reservations for each address.

The price includes courier delivery of documents from Rustravel Oy to the customer.

If you chose this delivery method, proceed as follows:
1. Order visas and pay for your reservation online or at Rustravel Oy's office.
2. Print, fill in and sign all necessary applications and other documents.
3. Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents to Rustravel Oy's office in Helsinki .

After the visa(s) are completed, the courier will deliver the passport(s) together with the visa(s) to the agreed address in Helsinki.

Delivery time: within one business day.

Our offices also provide you with the photos needed for visas as an additional service. If you need documents delivered to different addresses, make separate reservations for each address.

The price includes courier delivery of the documents from Rustravel Oy to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.

If you chose this delivery method, proceed as follows:
1. Order visas and pay for your reservation online or at Rustravel Oy's office.
2. Print, fill in and sign all necessary applications and other documents.
3. Bring your passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents to Rustravel Oy's office in Helsinki .

After the visa(s) is completed, the courier will deliver the passport(s) with the visa(s) to the Express Baggage Group point, in the arrivals hall of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (1st floor)

Delivery time: within one business day.

Our offices also provide you with the photos needed for visas as an additional service.

The price includes the delivery of documents from Rustravel Oy to the customer. One shipment can contain a maximum of 3 visa applications and passports.

If you chose this delivery method, proceed as follows:
1. Order visas and pay for your reservation online.
2. Print, fill in and sign all necessary applications and other documents.
3. Carefully pack your passport(s), photos, visa applications and any other necessary documents as required by your chosen method of sending documents.
4. Send the package in the manner of your choice to the Helsinki office of Rustravel Oy, to the address:

After the visa(s) are completed, the passport(s) with the visa(s) will be sent to you by post as an express letter.

Delivery time estimates:
- DHL Express within Europe 2-3 working days
- Post letter within Europe 5-7 working days

The time required for possible customs processing is not included in the delivery time estimate.
If you need documents delivered to different addresses, make separate reservations for each address.
