How your Russian visa is handled
- Order online or at the office. After ordering you receive a link to a short form where we collect the details for the application.
- Bring or send your passport. Bring your passport to our office at Tehtaankatu 12, 00140 Helsinki (Mon–Fri 9–17) or send it by post to the same address. We check the passport and attachments before lodging.
- We lodge the application at the consulate.
- Your visa is ready. We let you know when your passport is ready.
- Collect your passport or choose return delivery. Collect your passport at the office or choose return by Matkahuolto (15 €) or Pikakirje express letter (35 €).
We do not currently offer express processing. The consulate always decides whether a visa is issued.
