Order cancellation

You can withdraw from an order made at a distance using the form on this page (electronic withdrawal function) or by email to info@rustravel.fi.

Please include:

• your name
• your order number
• the email address used for the order

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

The effect of a cancellation on payments is determined by the Cancellation and Refund Policy: if processing has not started, the payment is refunded in full. If processing has already started at your request, the work already performed and any official or third-party fees already committed are non-refundable.
