Welcome to Rustravel Oy's (business ID 1743918-3, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") visa services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The following terms and conditions of use and agreements (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") apply to the use of the Service, and the User should carefully review them before using the Service. The Terms of Use bind the User regardless of whether the use of the Service requires registration or not.
The Service Provider is a reliable Finnish travel and visa agency.
The Service Provider has been operating since 2002, and our customers include both domestic and foreign companies and private individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Using the Service Provider's website requires accepting the following terms. By opening these pages, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. The use of the pages is not allowed unless you accept these terms.

The Service Provider has the right to change these Terms of Use at any time by updating them.


User's responsibility

When the Service Provider returns the passport and visa to the User, it is essential for the User to confirm that they have received all visas required for their trip and that the visas are valid in each visa destination country on arrival and departure dates. If the User notices any discrepancies in the documents, they must immediately notify the Service Provider.


Service Provider's responsibility

The Service Provider does its best to ensure that the information on these pages is up-to-date and accurate.
The Service Provider is not responsible for price changes made by the authorities of countries regarding visa, consulate, invitation, and official fees. Prices are subject to change without commitment.
National holidays, exceptional opening hours of authorities' institutions can affect the announced delivery times.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays or lost documents caused by embassies, consulates, visa centers, or other authorities and comparable instances, possible changes in visa policies, or any costs incurred by the customer or third party, such as canceled trips, airline tickets, lost income, and other expenses.


Dispute resolution

Finnish law governs these Terms of Service. Any disputes concerning the use of the Service will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute will be settled in the Helsinki District Court.
If a customer notices any discrepancies in the documents, they must immediately notify Rustravel Oy Ltd.
