The processing fee for visa applications can only be refunded in cases of incorrect or excessive charges..
Cancellation fees are 100% of the total price for visa services and associated government fees, starting from the submission, delivery, or mailing of documents to Rustravel Oy Ltd.
The consulate makes the final decision regarding the type of visa granted, processing time, and duration of validity. The consulate may reject a visa application for any reason without notifying Rustravel Oy Ltd.
Rustravel Oy Ltd does not issue visas and cannot guarantee consulate approval.
If the consulate issues a negative decision on a visa application or if the customer cancels the visa processing, the customer is still obligated to pay 100% of the total visa price.
Please note that Rustravel, the visa center, and the consulate do not refund processing fees.
Even if the consulate grants a visa, border authorities reserve the right to invalidate a valid visa or deny entry into the country.

Requesting a refund by email
Send a refund request to info@rustravel.fi
Include the following information in your email:
- Attach a receipt for the payment to be refunded or payment details from the online bank statement.
- The account to which the payment will be refunded: account number in IBAN format, account BIC/SWIFT code, and account holder's name.
- We will notify you when the payment has been refunded. The refund process usually takes about 2-3 months.
