Thailand visa

Visa issuance and validity are decided solely by the competent authority. If you cancel the order, you pay for the work already done and for official and consular fees already paid or bindingly ordered. The service fee and fees paid are not refunded if the visa is refused or issued for a shorter period than requested.

Thailand visa from Helsinki. Holders of an ordinary Finnish passport may stay in Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days when entering on or after 15 September 2026 (previously 60 days). The entry date decides, not the order or ticket date. For a stay longer than 30 days, a tourist visa is applied for before departure.

Thai visas are applied for online through the embassy's e-Visa service. We handle the application from start to finish: we check your documents, complete and submit the electronic application based on the details you provide, pay the consular fee and follow the processing until the visa decision. The embassy's visa fee is included in the price. Before the trip, every traveller must submit the mandatory Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) no more than 72 hours before arrival. We can handle the TDAC for you separately for 20 € per person.

Processing time: the embassy states up to 15 working days with complete documents. Apply 4 to 8 weeks before travel. The O-A long-stay visa (for applicants aged 50 or over, a one-year multiple-entry visa) also requires proof of income, health and insurance, so allow more time. Other visa types, such as the METV multiple-entry tourist visa and the DTV for remote workers, are available on request from the office.
